Process

1. Recipient of product design (2D, 3D) by e-mail.

  - 2D: *.dxf or *.dwg,  3D: *.stp

  - Of course, we can design the product if customer wants.

2. Submit the first draft of the mold to the customer.

  - If there is no problem and we get customer`s permit for mold making, we start to make it.

  - If there are problems or the customer want us to modify the design, we rewrite it.

  - If needed, we visit your office with the drawings for a meeting.

3. Submit the final draft of the mold to the customer.

  - We start to make the mold

4. Molding Tests

  - T0: Molding test & mold modification.

　　・The customer get the samples by air mail and order modification of mold dimension.

  - T1: Molding test & mold modification.

　　・The customer present in the sight and check the molding condition & samples.

　　・If more adjustment is needed or customer wants, mold modification is added.

  - T2: Molding test & mold modification (if needed).

　　・The customer present in the sight and check the molding condition & samples.

　　・If more adjustment is needed or customer wants, mold modification is added.

  - T3: Molding test & mold modification (if needed).

5. Quality Check & Shipping

  - We send a check list to the customer after final check.
